Overview
The substance tamoxifen is not an anabolic steroid, but is used in conjunction with high androgenic steroids.

High androgenic steroids causes aromatizing or conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Tamoxifen does not stop the conversion but blocks the estrogen receptors.
