Deca is most widely used injectable steroid, mostly because it is versatile and almost always leads to positive results. Overview
Deca causes a positive nitrogen balance in the body helping the body accumulate larger amounts of protein. Deca is moderately androgenic and highly anabolic. In most cases this leads to good gain in muscle size and strength. As with most injectable testosterones water retention common and high dosages can cause a smooth appearance. It is important to note that a positive nitrogen balance will only be achieved when sufficient protein calories is consumed.
One of the key things that make Deca so popular is that it causes accumulation of fluid in the joints making for pain free training, especially athletes that suffer from shoulder, knee and elbow pain.
Deca can be used in a variety of combination mostly with very good results and only aromatizes (converts to estrogen) in higher doses. Combination of Deca and Dianabol is probably the best result-producing stack for beginners and seasoned users alike. Good results can also be obtained when combining Deca and Sustanon, Deca and Winstrol or Deca and Equipoise. In lower doses most women have very little problems with Deca.
Deca has very moderate steroid type side effects and has no negative effect on the liver so that even people with liver problems can use Deca.
The main problem with Deca is that that because of its popularity it is very often faked so be very careful where you buy your Deca. Another key thing is that the metabolites of nandrolone can be detected in the urine for up to 18 months after use has been suspended.

Dosage
Dosages range from 100mg per week to help with joint pain to massive dosages. The key here is to understand the dosages above 600mg per week does not have a proportionally increase in effect. Most people will get excellent results with between 200mg and 400mg per week.
