Years ago we used it in a interesting way and I'm going to share that with you now.What you need is thermometer,
a log book and Clenbuterol - obviously! I started taking 20mcg of Clenbuterol at a time and made a note of the time and by
body temperature. Now remember that body temperature operates in a small window, it only takes a few degrees to go from
being hypothermic to having a fever, so even one tenth of a degree has an influence.
You now check your temperature every 15-30 minutes and log it to see the pattern. What you are looking for are three things:
1. How long it takes for the clen to start working
2. How long it lasts for and
3. When it wears off.
So basically you are tracking the effects and using the information to adjust dosage, and timing of doses so you can optimize
the intake. You can also see the actual dosage effects here so that will allow you to see receptor downgrade.
For instance on day 1 your temp increased to a certain level by a certain time, on day three you see that the effect is not taking
place so you increase the dosage by 10 or 20mcgs and so on. It also helps you to see how long breaks should be to get your
receptors back open.

Of particular interest is that one of these enzymes produced by the liver, known as PYP1A2, is responsible for the metabolizing of caffeine. The use of Naringin therefore allows caffeine to stay active in the system for longer. In addition, studies have shown that Naringin may increase absorption of caffeine allowing faster action and prolonged fat burning effects.
