When we manufactured our first batch of Nomad Tren 200 Long acting and Deca 100 Fast Acting the factory in China did not formulate the first batches correctly and as a result the main ingredient withdrew from the oil solution and did not stay diluted when the bottles became very cold. When the goods were transported to South Africa by plane the bottles were exposed to very cold temperatures in the cargo section and usually this is no problem but because of the to small dose of a specific preservent the ingredient did not stay diluted and came out of the oil. The factory did not know this because the products looked fine when they were shipped from China.
The problem has been resolved but unfortunately a lot of the stock has been mixed in our store room and it is very possible that you could still get a defective bottle or two. We tried our utmost to check every bottle and at the time of inspection they looked fine. When ordering these items please make sure to open the boxes and check every bottle before giving it to you customer or drawing from it. If you end up using it it will not harm you but you will get a lot of oil and very little ingredient because the ingredient will be stuck to the bottom of the bottle as it dropped out of solution. Please do not use these products like this and rather return them to us sealed for a exchange or full refund.
It is possible to fix the problem by taking the bottle and boiling it in hot water for 5 minutes and then shaking the ingredient back into solution while the oil inside is heated up. We in South Africa can however not do this because the labels will be damaged and we can not sell the product to our customers with damaged labels resulted from boiling the bottle. We prefer to send these bottles back to China for a full refund and then receiving the correct items with the correct formulation. If you are however desperate to use the product and can not wait for us to exchange it for you, you are welcome to follow our advice by boiling your bottle and getting the ingredient to dilute back into the oil. Do not inject the oil while it is hot and make sure to leave it over night to cool down first. We do however only recommend this to the hardcore guys who can not wait to exchange their stock. For the rest please return your bottles.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to have the problem totally eliminated very soon. We hope to receive back all the bottles that has problems and exchange them for new ones as soon as possible.
