Due to the shortage of Pregnyl 1500IUs many people are now using the 5000IU version. Some people are having a little trouble figuring out how to use the 5000 in place of the 1500, so here goes; the 1500 version came in a box with 6 amps, 3 containing the freeze dried active and 3 containing the solvent. When mixed, the map would yield 1ml of fluid and 1500IUs per ml. This would generally be injected one a week for three weeks. The 5000 works the same way, but the yield is 5000IUs per ml. One amp of the 5000 is used to replace the 3 amps of 1500, so when mixed the 5000 will need to be divided by 3. I would suggest one injects under the skin using an insulin syringe to to this, simply because it makes the whole procedure easier. One sucks the entire ml into one insulin syringe. The syringe is marked in units rather than mls, so 100units will = 1ml, you can then use 33 units at a time and this will give you three injections roughly. The other concern is that once the active has been mixed you definitely need to make sure you keep the syringe in the fridge, but it must never freeze. If you get stuck mail me and I'll try clarify.
